<p>The invention relates to a kit and an in vitro diagnosis method for assessing the capacity of spermatozoa to bind independently to recombinant proteins ZP2, ZP3 and ZP4 of the human zona pellucida. Using an estimation of the relative and/or absolute proportion of spermatozoa in semen that can bind to said proteins, it is possible to diagnose male infertility in humans associated with problems relating to sperm recognition of said proteins.</p> |
