<p>A touch screen display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost, the thickness, and the number of manufacturing processes owing to removal of a TCP(Touch Screen Pad) by recognizing a magnetic member with Hall sensors, which are formed simultaneously with forming a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) on pixels. A plurality of gate lines(Gn) are formed on an insulation substrate in parallel. A plurality of source lines(Sm) cross the gate lines. A plurality of pixels(Pnm) are defined by the gate and source lines, and a TFT(200) is formed on each pixel. A plurality of Hall sensor units(300) are formed on the pixels simultaneously with formation of the TFT, and change a current induced in the gate and source lines by a magnetic member. A touch recognizer is electrically connected to the gate and source lines, and recognizes a position of the magnetic member through the gate and source line of which the induced current is changed by the magnetic member. The Hall sensor unit includes a first Hall sensor electrically connected to the gate line and a first Hall sensor electrically connected to the source line.</p> |
