The present invention refers to a sensor that resembles a traditional floor mat useful for activating a circuit connected thereto by stepping the same. The sensor may be adapted to any floor mat accomplishing the suitable requirements to do so, and may be connected to any alarm circuit, relay, counter, flip-flop, LEDs, light bulbs, displays etc, depending on the user needs.
