An improve welding method of a boiler tube assembly is provided to minimize welding defects generated by thermal deformation generated during welding. A welding method of a boiler tube assembly comprises: a tube unit preparing step(S110) of preparing a plurality of tube units in which a plurality of tubes are welded to one another; an adjacent disposing step(S120) of adjacently disposing the tube units to weld the tube units; a cooling water supply step(S130) of supplying cooling water into tubes to be welded that are disposed adjacently to one another in the tubes of the tube units; and a welding step(S140) of welding the adjacent tubes in the state that the cooling water is supplied into the tubes. The tube unit preparing step comprises the steps of preparing a plurality of tubes, disposing the plurality of tubes adjacently to one another; supplying cooling water into tubes to be welded that are disposed adjacently to one another; and welding the adjacent tubes in the state that the cooling water is supplied into the tubes.
