<p>An entry control system and an entry control method are provided to improve a security level of the entry control system by updating a door ID code at predetermined timings. A lighting device(1) emits a visual ray(13), which is modulated by using a door ID code, to a predetermined lighting range. The visual ray is received by a mobile terminal(2). The modulated visual ray is demodulated into a wireless signal at the mobile terminal. The door ID code from the mobile terminal is received by an authenticating unit(3). The authenticating unit determines whether the door ID code is valid and generates an unlock signal, when the door ID code is valid. A door(4) receives the unlock signal from the authenticating unit and is unlocked by the unlock signal.</p> |
