<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a public key foundation system provided with a portable device temporarily issuing function for promptly issuing a portable communication terminal device usable temporarily in the public key foundation system, and a public key foundation method. <P>SOLUTION: The public key foundation system 100 provided with a portable device temporarily issuing function is equipped with a device issue processor 16a for issuing a portable device; a key transmission processor 16b for transmitting a public key certificate toward a user terminal; a storage 14 for at least storing correspondence information which makes inherent information of the portable device and user information of the portable device to correspond; and a temporary utilization application reception processor 60 which receives temporary utilization application including inherent information, user information, and information on identification of a user himself or herself, and temporarily stores in the storage 14 with a term of validity, temporary correspondence information which makes the received inherent information and the received user information correspond, when the received user information and the user identification information coincide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
