<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the kind, etc. of an object radar transmitter by analyzing/specifying a modulation method for an intra-pulse modulation of a received radar signal. <P>SOLUTION: This radar signal analyzer is equipped with: an antenna for receiving the radar signal to take out an RF signal therefrom; an RF/IF conversion part for converting the RF signal into an IF signal; an A/D conversion part for converting the IF signal into digital waveform data; a memory for therein storing the waveform data; a pulse analysis part for reading the stored waveform data to analyze characteristic data on pulses of the waveform data, determining whether intra-pulse modulation has been made or not, and specifying a modulation method on the waveform data which are intra-pulse modulated; and a pulse train separation part for separating corresponding pulse trains for each modulation method based on the characteristic data on the obtained pulses and on the result of specifying the modulation method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
