A stocker apparatus is provided to prevent accidents due to falling by causing no inconvenience during movement of workers and having simple structure. A stocker apparatus(10) comprises a rail block and a jaw for a safety ring. The rail block is coupled to a rail formed along up and down directions of a vertical frame(12b) so as to be slid. The jaw for the safety ring is coupled to the rail block so as to be rotated, has one side connected to a worker elevating along the vertical frame by a predetermined connecting line, and stops a sliding of the rail block with respect to the rail by rotating to one direction, when the worker is fallen from the vertical frame.
