Disclosed is an electronic advertisement system in which an insert server (330) separates edited advertisement data distributed from a distribution server (20) from other service data and in which the edited advertisement data is supplied to (310) and the other service data is supplied to a reader/writer (340) of an IC card (40). The distribution server (20) monistically supervises advertisement data to distribute the other service data, such as coupons, along with the advertisement data to a variety of display devices.
