<p>The invention relates to a connecting structure for connecting a round axle body (1) of a wheel axle of a vehicle and a carrier arm (2), which extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and substantially perpendicularly crosses the axle body. The connecting structure has a support part (3), which is positioned between the axle body and the carrier arm, is provided with a recess, in which part of the axle body is accommodated, and which has end parts as seen in the circumferential direction of the axle body. Furthermore, the connecting structure comprises two substantially U-shaped clamping straps (4) which extend around the axle body on either side of the carrier arm and by means of which the support part and that part of the axle body which is accommodated therein are fixed to the carrier arm. In the assembled state, the axle body is pressed into the recess as a result of a clamping force supplied by the clamping straps, such that it bears against the inner wall of the recess. The clamping straps bear against the substantially complementary part of the circumference of the axle body. The clamping straps bear against the outer side of at least one of the end parts (31) of the support part and clamp the at least one end part (31) against the axle body.</p> |
