摘要 A flat backlight driving circuit of a liquid crystal display device is provided to decrease a conduction loss of a switch by decreasing a current flowing through the switch by increasing an inductance. A coupled inductor(20) supplies a driving voltage to a flat backlight. A source capacitor(Cs) is connected between a primary inductor and a ground and stores a predetermined voltage. A first capacitor(C1) is connected between the primary inductor and a voltage source and is charged to a predetermined voltage. A diode(d1) includes a cathode connected to the voltage source and an anode connected to the primary inductor. A first switch(S1) is connected between the voltage source and the primary inductor. A second capacitor(C2) is connected between the primary inductor and the ground and charged by the predetermined voltage. A second diode(d2) includes a cathode connected to the primary inductor, and an anode connected to the ground. A second switch(S2) is connected between the primary inductor and the ground and switched, so that the current flowing through the primary inductor is linearly increased or decreased.
