A filter for removing particle matters, a method for manufacturing the filter, and an automobile filter device suitable for using the filter are provided, wherein the filter exhibits excellent performance in removal of hazardous materials harmful to the human body by completely burning automobile exhaust fumes and is manufactured simply as compared with conventional filters. As a filter for removing particle matters, a microporous filter comprises, by weight percent, 3 to 5% of aluminum oxide powder, 2 to 3% of phosphate powder, 3 to 5% of titanium dioxide powder, and the balance of silicon carbide powder. The silicon carbide powder has an average particle size of 0.1 to 1.0mum. As a filter device(100) for using the filter has an inflow port at one side such that exhaust gas flows into the inlet from an engine, an exhaust port at the other side with facing an automobile muffler, ignition units(101) disposed at the inflow port side, and housing parts(200) formed between the ignition units and the exhaust port to contain the filter.
