A circuit for generating gamma voltages and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module having the same are provided to remove electrostatic components by implementing an open state through a resistor having infinite resistance at an output stage of a gray scale outputting unit. A circuit for generating gamma voltages includes a gray scale outputting unit(141) and at least one or more protecting resistors(142). The gray scale outputting unit which includes plural gamma resistors series-connected with one another, receives a voltage between gamma high and gamma low voltages, and divides into gamma voltages having plural levels. One end of the protecting resistors, which are formed at an output stage of the gray scale outputting unit, is connected to one of the gamma resistors and the other thereof is connected to a ground.
