A carrying device for ascending stairs is provided to easily ascend a flat place as well as the stairs by forming wheels of a lower end part of a loading space in a rectilinear-shape structure. A carrying device for ascending stairs includes a body frame unit(100), a flat type loading plate unit(120), a first wheel unit(130), and a second wheel unit(140). The flat type loading plate unit is vertically formed at a lower part of the body frame. The first wheel unit is installed at both sides of a lower end part of the flat type loading plate unit. The second wheel unit is installed in front of the body frame to ascend a flat place as well as an inclined uneven surface such as the stairs. The second wheel unit includes a rectangular wheel mounting frame, a plurality of large wheels, and a plurality of small wheels. The rectangular wheel mounting frame has an outer frame with a main driving shaft and an inner frame with auxiliary driving shafts formed opposite the outer frame unit at a predetermined gap. The wheels are shaft-fixed at the main driving shaft to maintain a gap so as not to disturb drive. The small wheels are shaft-fixed at the auxiliary driving shaft of the outer and inner frame units respectively.
