PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the scale of a control circuit, make efficient rewrite of a programmable integrated circuit, make a minimum storage device and enhance expandability by dealing the data string of a format, to which a header where the control contents of processed data and circuit data are filled is added, as input data. SOLUTION: When a data input device 1000 inputs a data string to this device, a control circuit 1102 reads the header part of the data string, decides a processing content and starts the control. For example, the control circuit sends circuit data to a reconstitution circuit 1106 via a circuit data line and reconstitutes a programmable integrated circuit 1108 into a desired circuit. When reconstitution is terminated, remaining data are sent to the programmable integrated circuit 1108 via a processed-data line 1107. The prescribed amount of data processed in the programmable integrated circuit 1108 is buffered by a processing result buffer 1109, a header is added to the data as a processed result and is outputted to an outer part from a processing result output device 1110. |
