A cross polarization transmission method is provided to transmit different materials stably at the same frequency by restraining error correction and signal degradation. Lines of horizontal polarization and vertical polarization are temporally synchronized and transmitted, and in the horizontal polarization and the vertical polarization, a certain half is offset at a certain axis. A certain period is divided into halves and a half of the certain period is offset at a time axis or offset with a half of a certain frequency. As a reference signal, a transmission signal in which only a horizontal polarization exists in one portion obtained by dividing a preamble period and only a vertical polarization exists in another portion is transmitted.
