An air exhausting structure in a commercial vehicle is provided to discharge compressed air containing foreign matters through an exhaust manifold by linking an air discharge hole of an air processing unit with the exhaust manifold. An air exhausting structure in a commercial vehicle comprises a pipe(15), which communicates an air discharge hole(13) of an air processing unit(10) with an exhaust muffler(14). The pipe has a diameter expanded section formed at the part connected to the air discharge hole. The pipe has a plurality of vanes are installed at the part connected to the exhaust muffler to whirl compressed air flowing through the pipe.
