An oscillator and a voltage pump circuit of a semiconductor device including the oscillator are provided to output a periodic signal with stable period regardless of temperature by compensating delay of an inverter using a capacitor. A temperature information output device(300) outputs temperature information by measuring temperature of a semiconductor device. A voltage sensing part(100) outputs a sensing signal determining voltage pumping by sensing the level of a pumped voltage. An oscillator part(200) outputs a periodic signal in response to the sensing signal, and the period of the periodic signal is controlled by the temperature information. A voltage pumping part(400) pumps a voltage in response to the periodic signal.
