摘要 A confocal Raman/UV-Vis/fluorescence spectroscopy for combinatorial structural analysis of novel catalysts, materials, and biomolecules is provided to effectively perform structure analysis and quantitative analysis of samples. A confocal Raman/UV-Vis/fluorescence spectroscopy for combinatorial structural analysis of novel catalysts, materials, and biomolecules includes an argon laser(101), a diode laser(134), an XYZ stage(132), a sample chamber(133), three monochrome light devices(123), an optical amplification tube(131), and a CCD detector(106). The argon laser has a wavelength of 488 to 514nm. The diode laser has a wavelength of 785nm. The XYZ stage is automatically controlled by a computer. The sample chamber includes an objective lens having various magnifications. The optical amplification tube and the CCD detector detect the signals.
