A roll forming machine is provided to prevent all directional movements of a plurality of metal pieces for bending loaded on a horizontal worktable due to the external force, and prevent damage of a sensor installed above an inlet of a roll forming unit due to hitting of transferred metal pieces for bending. In a roll forming machine(10) comprising a roll forming unit(11) which has an inlet(11a) formed on one side face thereof, a sensor(15) installed on an upper side of the inlet thereof, and an outlet formed at the other side face thereof, a horizontal worktable(13) which is projected to an outer side from a lower side of the inlet of the roll forming unit, and which has a plurality of metal pieces for bending(1a-1c) loaded on a top face thereof, a moving chuck transfer guide(12a) which is projected from an upper side of the sensor installed on the roll forming unit, a multistage moving chuck(12b) which is installed on a lower side of an end part of the moving chuck transfer guide, and on which an adsorption plate(12c) is formed to pneumatically adsorb and pick up the metal pieces for bending one at a time, the roll forming machine further comprises: a lower stand(100) including two horizontal leg parts(100a,100b) spaced from each other in the width direction of the metal pieces for bending, and a lateral connecting part for connecting front ends of one sides of the horizontal leg parts; a plurality of fixing support rods(110) set up on the horizontal leg parts to support front, rear and side faces of the metal pieces for bending; a right supporting plate(120) erected on the lateral connecting part, and a magnet plate(121) attached to a right outer face of the right supporting plate; a left supporting plate(130) which supports left outer faces of the metal pieces for bending, and has a magnet plate attached to a left outer face thereof, and a left supporting plate moving unit for guiding sliding reciprocation of the left supporting plate; and a metal plate cover member(170) for covering a front face of the sensor.
