MICRO HEAT MEASURING SYSTEM IN BIO-CALORIMETER

A micro heat measuring device for a bio-calorimeter is provided to reduce reaction time by obtaining two data through one measurement in about 30 minutes and to measure reaction degree in real time by simplifying composition of the device. A micro heat measuring device for a bio-calorimeter comprises a substrate(10), a fluid channel unit, a sample injection unit, a sample discharge unit and a heat measuring unit. The substrate consists of insulation material such as glass. The fluid channel unit consists of standard channels(21,23) and a reaction channel(25) formed in the substrate. The sample injection unit consists of three sample injection devices(31,33,35) installed in one ends of the standard channels and the reaction channel. The sample discharge unit consists of three sample discharge devices(41,43,45). The heat measuring unit consists of two thermopiles(51) formed between the standard channels and the reaction channel, four electrodes(54,55,56,57) formed in an end of the thermopiles, and two multi-meters(58,59) coming in contact with the electrodes and measuring heat.
