A method for bookmarking digital broadcasting contents information and a digital contents downloading method based on the method are provided to enable a user to bookmark digital contents information included in a DMB broadcasting or DAB broadcasting by simple operation in a telematics. A digital contents downloading method using a bookmarking function comprises the following steps of: allowing a broadcasting receiving apparatus to determine whether a bookmark instruction is received by a user through an input unit, or digital contents are included in received broadcasting signals, wherein bookmarking is requested in the digital contents(S503); allowing the broadcasting receiving apparatus to generate a bookmark list and store the bookmark list in a storage medium(S505); allowing the broadcasting receiving apparatus to transmit the stored bookmark list to a portable phone when receiving a bookmark list transmission instruction from the user(S509); allowing the portable phone to receive a selection instruction for selecting partial digital contents of the bookmark list from the user(S513); and allowing the portable phone to request the download of corresponding digital contents by transmitting digital contents information corresponding to the selection instruction of the user to a contents server(S515).
