PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow light emission from a semiconductor light emitting device at higher brightness and for longer period, wherein at least a part of light- emission wavelength from a semiconductor light emitting element is converted with a fluorescent material emitting a fluorescence. SOLUTION: A semiconductor lightemitting element 103 fixed on a base body 104 by a mount member 101, and a fluorescent material which absorbs at least a part of a light-emission wavelength from the semiconductor light emitting element 103 and converts it into a wavelength longer than the light emission wavelength for emitting fluorescence, are provided. Here, the mount member used for the semiconductor light emitting device is epoxy resin composition comprising alicyclic epoxy resin and acid anhydride. |
