PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure both excellent traveling performance on rugged ground and driving comfort on smooth ground for a traveling work vehicle. SOLUTION: In this device, the center position in the right/left direction of a front axle case 2 and a specified supporting member 3 are rotatably joined with a center pin 4 with an axis in the forward and backward direction. The supporting member 3 is fitted to buffer springs 6p and 6q, which are supported by a chassis 5. The device is further equipped with a position controlling means 7 for selectively putting a restriction on the position in the vertical direction of the supporting member 3 for the chassis 5 or lifting the restriction, and an angle restricting means 8 for selectively putting a restriction on the rotational angle of the front axle case 2 to the supporting member 3 or lifting the restriction.
