<p>Culinary article with improved hydrophobic properties, particularly an improved detergent resistance when used in dish-washer, comprises a support (1); a first coating layer (2) obtained by the application and drying of a sol-gel composition on at least a first face of the support; and a second coating layer (3) obtained by the application and drying of a silicone based composition on the first coating layer. An independent claim is included for the preparation of process of a culinary article having improved hydrophobic properties, particularly an improved resistance to detergents used in the dishwasher, comprising applying at least a layer of a sol-gel composition on a first face of the support, curing the obtained layer to obtain a first coating, applying the silicon based composition on the first coating to form the second coating layer and curing the obtained layer.</p> |
