Voice call continuity in a hybrid network

The method involves providing a mobility control function (MCF) in a Internet protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS), and transmitting a message to the control function for configuration of a connection request to change a connection from a B-subscriber to a B`-subscriber. The message has addresses of original connection section between the control function and the B-subscriber. The connection section is delivered from the control function during call diversion from the B-subscriber to a C-subscriber, such that the B-subscriber and B`-subscriber are not disconnected. An independent claim is also included for a system for executing a method for providing a voice call continuity.
