A system for processing information is provided to enable a head office server to check business processing time and business quantity of each branch, teller, business, time, and date by receiving the information, such as number ticket output information and business start/finish information corresponding to each number ticket, periodically from a number ticket terminal and/or a teller terminal of each branch connected through the network. A plurality of branch servers(100) receives number ticket output time and business start/finish time information corresponding to each number ticket from a plurality of number ticket terminals(130) and teller terminals(135), and transmits the received information to a head office server(140). The head office server extracts processing time information from a time pointing outputting the number ticket to the time point finishing business corresponding to the number ticket by using the information received from the branch server, classifies the processing time information into each branch and date, and stores the classified processing time information to a storage medium(145). |
