A fluorescence imaging apparatus is provided to allow focus and tilt of the apparatus to be easily controlled and fixed and the parts to be easily exchanged. A fluorescence imaging apparatus comprises a fluorescent screen(12), an optical system(15), an image forming device(18), and an image distance and tilt control device(20). The fluorescent screen emits fluorescence. The optical system allows the fluorescence to be passed through. The image distance and tilt control device controls the distance or angle between the optical system and the image forming device by a transfer pitch rotated in screw and bolt coupling. |
