The exchanger has an inlet channel (2) with a metal connection pipe (21) continuously expanding itself to a heat exchanging unit (3) at an inlet side. A discharge channel (4) starts from the unit (3) and continuously narrows itself up to a metal connection pipe (41). The unit (3) has an inner structure that runs in a flow direction for increasing a heat transfer and extends in an inner space from a lower side to an upper side.
