A briquette manufacturing method using dyeing wastewater sludge as a fuel additive is provided to manufacture briquette or lignite by mixing dyeing wastewater sludge as an additive with coal and molding the mixture in an existing briquette manufacturing machine without spending additional facility expenses. A briquette manufacturing method using dyeing wastewater sludge as an additive comprises: a first process of mixing 500g of dyeing wastewater sludge with a water content of 60% with 40g of hydrogen peroxide, and sterilizing the mixture to prepare a dyeing wastewater sludge composition; a second process of weighing 1,000g of pulverized coal powder; a third process of mixing 500 g of the dyeing wastewater sludge composition of the first process with 1,000g of the coal of the second process; and a fourth process of molding the mixture in an existing briquette manufacturing apparatus to manufacture briquette or lignite. A briquette manufacturing method using dyeing wastewater sludge as an additive comprises: a first process of mixing 500g of dyeing wastewater sludge with a water content of 60% with 40g of hydrogen peroxide, and sterilizing the mixture to prepare a dyeing wastewater sludge composition; a second process of mixing 100g of waste lubricant with 3g of an emulsifying agent, and mixing 20g of the emulsified waste lubricant with 500g of the dyeing wastewater sludge composition of the first process; a third process of weighing 1,000g of pulverized coal powder, and mixing 500 g of the mixture of the second process with 1,000g of the pulverized coal powder to prepare a coal composition; and a fourth process of molding the coal composition of the third process in an existing briquette manufacturing apparatus to manufacture briquette or lignite.
