An ice delivery apparatus and a refrigerator having the same are provided to ensure stabilized operation in ice delivery as a delivery member lifts ice cubes while moving along a circular trace, and to make the size of the apparatus compact within a predetermined space. An ice delivery apparatus for a refrigerator comprises a fixed member(110), a plurality of rotating bodies(131,132), a delivery member(120), a driving motor, a power transmission unit(150), and a plurality of protrusions(110a,120a). The fixed member, extended along the moving direction of the ice cubes, allows the ice cubes to be mounted thereon. The rotating bodies have a plurality of rotary shafts(131a,132a) rotatably assembled to the fixed member. The delivery member is assembled to the rotating body at a predetermined space away from the rotary shaft. The driving motor rotates the rotating body. The power transmission unit delivers power of the driving motor to the rotating body. The projections are provided to allow the ice cubes to be stably mounted on the upper sides of the fixed member and the deliver member.
