The seat has a base pivoting with respect to a collar to permit the base to take a utilization and installation positions, and a mobile hook (203) passing from a unlocked position to a locked position in which the hook co-operates with an anchoring attachment (202), where the attachment and the hook is made of a metallic material. Levers (206, 207) take a rest position in which one of the levers maintains the hook in unlocked position of the levers. The levers take a release position in which the hook passes in locked position, and are symmetrically mounted with respect to the hook.
