<p>The silencer, for rifles and hand guns, has a number of coaxial tubes (1,2,5) with end caps (41,42) giving them a gas tight fixing. The tubes have a number of drillings in different dimensions and shapes. Part of the drillings at the inner tube (1) form a resonator with the center silencer tube (2). The silencer tube is shrouded with acoustic damper material (3).
