<p>Tyre tread containing at least one row of blocks arranged in the circumferential direction of the tyre, where at least one of the blocks is provided with one or more shaped 3D sipes in radial direction, and this shaped sipe is delimited by two mutually mating shaped surfaces - sides of the sipe, created by a lamella in the course of vulcanisation, where each side of the sipe has the shape of a twice broken surface having the shape reminding of letter Z, which is provided, at a given radial depth, with at least one shaped element (4), interrupting the above broken surface at the specific interval (AB), wherein the broken surface contains parallel shoulder surfaces (1, 2) interconnected by a sloping wall (3), and at least one of the parallel shoulder surfaces (1, 2) is in tangential direction provided with at least one shaped element, formed by an angular projection, delimited in radial direction by walls (21, 22 and 24), and the second parallel shoulder surface is provided with an angular cavity, delimited in radial direction by walls (23, 25 and 26) at the same radial depth, wherein the angular projection at one parallel surface (1) is provided with a top surface, and the angular cavity at the second parallel surface (2) is provided with a bottom surface, where the above top surface is connected with the above bottom surface so that they form a contiguous surface (5), arranged in the radial direction in parallel with the shoulder surfaces (1, 2), and intersecting the sloping wall (3). The invention further describes also a lamella suitable to be attached inside the vulcanisation mould to create a sipe in the tyre tread block.</p> |
