The invention relates to the method of cement clinker production using waste material from oil seed processing industries for burning cement clinker in a rotary kiln. Waste materials in this way are a pressed rape and/or a rape extracted scrap. They are added to the cement rotary kiln in an amount which is up 60 % of furnace heat power, wherein formed ash in contact with a mixture of thermal processing and/or burning of cement clinkers is over-reacting into emerging blast phase and become an integral part of cement clinker and carbon content NOx is reduced about 1 to 1000 mg.m-3.
