A revetment and greening system using revetment members and a method thereof are provided to reinforce a slope surface and to increase durability of the system by placing a slope supporting part between tree-planting soil blocks. A revetment and greening system comprises revetment members(200), tree-planting soil blocks(300), and a slope supporting part(400). The revetment members include a diamond-shaped net installed through a slope surface(100). The tree-planting soil blocks are installed at the lower part of hooks(360) and formed with through holes on lower surfaces contacted with the slope surface. The slope supporting part is placed between the tree-planting soil blocks and is hardened. The slope supporting part includes shotcrete or hardening mortar. The tree-planting soil blocks include block bodies with tree-planting soil block receiving parts, and hook corresponding members(340).
