A filtration paper surface washer equipped with a high speed rotary nozzle is provided to secure fastening between a branch pipe and an injection pipe by fastening horizontal tubes of the branch pipe with bolts and nuts. A filtration paper surface washer equipped with a high speed rotary nozzle comprises an injection pipe(20) and a branch pipe(40). The injection pipe has a hole(20a) at the center for water to pass through. The branch pipe is installed around the hole of the injection pipe to guide water to the branch pipe and supports the whole branch pipe. The branch pipe includes a first branch pipe(41) and a second branch pipe(44). The first and second branch pipes are fastened to each other by bolts(46) and nuts(47) with having the injection pipe therebetween.
