An image acquisition intermediation apparatus and an image acquisition apparatus having the image acquisition intermediation apparatus are provided to join camera lenses detachably to the image acquisition apparatus at high/low price and install the image acquisition intermediation apparatus between a camera lens unit and the image acquisition apparatus, thereby improving the quality of an output image in the image acquisition apparatus. An image acquisition intermediation apparatus(200) comprises a frame and a screen(220). The frame has both-sided opened portions and a tube shape with hollowness. A side end of the frame is joined to a lens unit(100). The other side end is joined to an image acquisition apparatus(300). The screen is installed in the frame to fix an image acquired from the lens unit. The image acquisition apparatus acquire the image fixed on the screen. The screen is made of a translucent glass.
