MANUFACTURE METHOD OF CULTURE MEDIUM FOR MUSHROOM CULTIVATION AND CULTIVATION METHOD OF MUSHROOM AONTAINED CATECHIN WHICH USED CULTURE MEDIUM

A method for preparing a mushroom culture medium, and a method for culturing mushroom containing catechin by using the culture medium are provided to enable one to take useful catechin through the mushroom cultured in a mixed culture medium with the extract and by-products of green tea. A method for preparing a mushroom culture medium comprises the steps of: (i) adding the extract and by-products of green tea to a culture medium prepared by mixing sawdust, rice bran and wheat bran in a volume ratio of 70:15:15, and homogenizing the mixture for its water content to be 60~70% to make a mixed culture medium; (ii) filling a container such as a pot or a bottle with the mixed culture medium at a level of about 70% of the overall container volume; (iii) putting the container in a sterilizer, and sterilizing it at 70~121‹C for 1~10hr; and (iv) cooling the sterilized container to 20~25‹C. A method for culturing mushroom containing catechin by using the mushroom culture medium comprises the steps of: (i) inoculating mushroom spawn into the mushroom culture medium; (ii) culturing hyphae in the culture medium at 21~25‹C under a humidity of 40~60% for 18~45day; and (iii) developing the cultured hyphae into a fruit body for 10~35day to raise mushroom containing catechin.
