A method and apparatus is provided for decoding Secondary Surveillance Radar (SSR) signals whereby at least two signals that are garbled together are received at two or more antennas. The received signal from one antenna is combined with a phase shifted received signal from one or more other antennas. The phase shift is chosen to suppress one of the at least two signals from the garbled signal in order to permit the other signal to be decoded. |
