MULTILAYER FILM COMPRISING HYALURONIC ACID DERIVATIVES

A multi-layer film comprising hyaluronic acid derivatives is provided to obtain a multi-layer film that is safe inside a human body and contains hyaluronic acid derivatives whose decomposition speed is controlled. A multi-layer film comprising hyaluronic acid derivatives includes a tissue adhesion layer and a porous support layer. The tissue adhesion layer contains hyaluronic acid derivative that is obtained by reacting polymer selected among polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid and lactic acid-glycolic acid polymer with the hyaluric acid. The porous support layer contains hyaluronic acid in the form of hydrogel and is disposed on the tissue adhesion layer. The polymer is coupled to the carboxyl group of the hyaluronic acid by interposing a linker therebetween.
