An LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamp assembly is provided to minimize the number of members by joining an LED lamp to a lamp cup by allowing the LED lamp to penetrate the lamp cup with a joint sheet. An LED lamp assembly(100) includes an LED lamp(10), a lock joint member(20), and a lamp cup(30). The LED lamp includes a supporting plate(11), an LED light emitting element, a lamp head(12), and two electric terminals(13). The supporting plate is made of a vinyl material which is an insulated material. The lamp head is mounted on the supporting plate, and covers and seals the LED light emitting element. Light emitted from the LED light emitting element penetrates the lamp head and is projected to the outside. The lock joint member is made of an aluminum material. The lock joint member includes one round upper part(21), a circumference wall(22), and two lock joint sheets(23). The lamp cup includes one round lower part(31) and a light collecting unit(32).
