<p>An apparatus and a method for transceiving signals using a signaling point rotation in a mutual cooperation transmission are provided to improve a transmission rate more than a conventional mutual cooperation by transmitting data of two users in a time slot using a characteristic of a rotated symbol. An apparatus for transceiving signals using a signaling point rotation in a mutual cooperation transmission includes a rotation I-channel generation unit(410), a rotation Quadrature-phase generation unit(420), and a combination unit(430). The rotation I-channel unit calculates I-channel component of the rotated symbol after rotating a symbol having data of a user at a predetermined angle. The rotation Quadrature-phase generation unit receives the symbol of a previous time slot rotated at a predetermined angle from a node of the other user who performs a mutual cooperation transmission with the user, and detects I-channel component. The rotation Quadrature-phase generation unit calculates a Quadrature-phase component of the symbol having the data of the other user. The combination unit generates one symbol by combining the I-channel portion of the user generated from the rotation I-channel generation unit with the Quadrature-phase portion of the other user generated from the rotation Quadrature-phase generation unit.</p> |
