A cupping tool is provided to have functions of fixing combustion cotton stably and to maintain predetermined force of fire regardless of the amount of alcohol inside a combustion portion by installing the combustion portion inside a cupping cup. A combustion portion(3) having a discharge hole is fixed on the bottom end portion of a cupping cup(1). Combustion cotton is fixed or is exchanged through the discharge hole. A handle(2) is formed at the upper end of the outside of the cupping cup. Igniting devices that are constituted according to the ignition principle of an electronic lighter or a gas oven are installed inside the handle of the cupping tool and the cupping cup. An outlet(4) is formed on a predetermined part of the cupping cup to penetrate the inside and outside of the cupping tool. An outlet stopper(20) is installed on the outlet.
