A stopper of a mineral water bottle having compressed tissue is provided to enable a user to use the tissue without preparing a separate tissue or towel by detachably mounting a cap on the stopper and receiving the tissue in the cap. A stopper of a mineral water bottle having compressed tissue includes: a cap(20) detachably mounted on a stopper body(10); and a receiving part(21) formed in the cap for receiving the compressed tissue(30). The stopper body has an engaging projection(11) formed on the upper rim, and a locking rim(12) formed on the engaging projection, and the cap has a locking projection(22) engaged with the locking rim so that the cap is connected to the stopper body.
