A rotating device of a micro antenna for a vehicle and a rotating control method thereof are provided to improve receiving performance of a vehicle radio by rotating a direction of the micro antenna according to a running direction of the vehicle. A rotating device of a micro antenna(30) for a vehicle includes the micro antenna, a gyro sensor, and an audio device. The micro antenna is rotated by a driving motor(34) inside. The gyro sensor detects and outputs a running direction of the vehicle. The audio device measures receiving sensitivity according to a direction of the micro antenna, drives the driving motor based on the measured receiving sensitivity to direct the micro antenna toward a direction with the optimum receiving sensitivity, and drives the driving motor according to the running direction of the vehicle outputted from the gyro sensor to rotate the direction of the micro antenna.
