BURNER SYSTEM FOR COOKING APPLIANCE

A burner system of a heating cooker is provided to improve calorific value by increasing air ratio against gas ratio in mixed gas and reducing flow resistance of air which is flowed into a burner port. A burner system of a heating cooker comprises a burner port(4), a red hot plate, a burner frame(11), a heating unit, and a supporting member. The burner port has an opening unit. The red hot plate is placed on the opening unit of the burner port and burns mixed gas. The burner frame has a passage where exhaust gas is exhausted. The heating unit is heated by combustion heat of the red hot plate, and radiates radiant energy. The supporting member of the heating unit is separated at predetermined distance from the red hot plate. The burner frame has a mounting unit wherein the supporting member is mounted.
