Arrangement for anastomosis without using sutures is for fixture of living tissues by end-to-end surgery and comprises at least two circular cylindrical springs, both formed with opposite C-shaped halves which are joined with the other spring two halves by a common longitudinal spring. The two circular spring inner surfaces have a rough structure for high friction and/or with a great number of small spikes directed inwardly, radially and longitudinally towards the central part of the arrangement. The arrangement is produced from bio-absorbable material. Its advantage is that no usual surgical sutures are required and that anastomosis can be carried out quickly. Another essential feature is that tissues with a diameter which is too small for the use of sutures can be easily joined. |
