A stopper of a mineral water bottle having compressed tissue is provided to enable a user to use the tissue without preparing a separate tissue or towel by mounting a foldable cap on the stopper and receiving the tissue in the cap. A stopper of a mineral water bottle having compressed tissue includes: a cap(12) foldably coupled to a stopper body(10) by a folding part(11); and a receiving part(13) formed in the cap to have a space for receiving the compressed tissue(30). The stopper body has a projection rim(15) formed on the upper side and a locking rim(16) formed on the projection rim, and the cap has a locking projection(17) engaged with the locking rim for preventing certain breakaway of the cap from the stopper body.
