A fastening structure for a ball stud is provided to improve workability and to increase fastening strength of the ball stud by removing the process of matching a bolt hole with a slot of a castle nut and the process of winding a pin around a screw. A fastening structure for a ball stud comprises a screw unit(200) having a locking section(220). The ball stud includes a screw part(124) and a non-screw part(122), in which a slot(122a) is formed at the non-screw part. The locking section of the screw unit has predetermined elasticity. When the screw unit is coupled with the ball stud, the locking section of the screw unit is in contact with the non-screw part of the ball stud before the locking section reaches the slot formed in the non-screw part. When the locking section is coupled with the slot, the locking section applies elastic force in the central direction of the ball stud, so that the ball stud is prevented from being separated.
